You have a circle of life, of all creation, everything seen and
unseen lies within this sphere. There are nine great points of light,
the great grahas, (planets) which activate and transmit the power
that was at the beginning, Ishwara, the center, the bindu, the seed,
who sprouted and gave birth out of the great desire to experience
once again the latent potential held within, to communicate, to share,
to love. Out of this first move Purusha and Prakriti were made manifest,
our eternal parents, and the sacred dance of light, in the dark void,
began. This light of Ishwara now comes from beyond the great Nakshatras,
(fixed stars), from beyond the four gates. The nine great grahas
are seized and activated by this incoming light, their travels and
configurations through time and space becomes the impetus that keeps
harmony and balance within all the spheres of life.
You start, if you so desire to understand the intricacies, purposes
and secrets of the very breath that pulses through your being as
through the entire universe, with the circle, within which lies nine
horizontal lines representing the nine grahas.
The ends and midsections of these simple lines are connected in
such a way as to become a matrix of the order and harmony of this
creation, its birth chart, of all that we partake of. To create a
Sri Yantra is to partake in the very process of life itself. As with
all disciplines it takes a strong sense of determination, faith in
a higher power and the ability to surrender. For these nine lines
and their connections are not a mere question of mathematical coordinates.
For Sri Yantra to become alive one must sacrifice the ego stuff of
this world, the more we let go the more spirit can come in. In 'real',
time/space life, all is not perfect, one can not computer generate
this experience, one must personally experience it. For it is the
very element of imperfection that creates the balance, the yin and
yang of creation. So if one is willing to tread the mysterious waters
of space and time, is willing to delve into the unknown, accept transformation,
one can possibly connect these simple lines and experience the magic
